If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify Nobis at least twenty-four hours in advance to avoid being charged the up to full cost of your service.
Starting Service Late
If you are not able to start your appointment on time, your service may be shortened in order to accommodate other appointments following yours. Regardless of the length of the service actually given, you will be responsible for payment of the full appointment.
